杨园新苑小区位于园一路和园恒路交叉口，建于2004年，小区总建筑面积11796.40㎡。由于小区建造时间较久加之年久失修，目前小区存在屋面破损严重、外墙面空鼓裂缝渗水严重、公共楼栋破损严重、公共设施老化严重等问题，为改善居民居住环境，解决居民因房屋老旧带来的困扰和安全隐患，拟实施小区综合整新。主要实施内容包括屋面、外立面、楼道公共部位、附属设施、景观绿化修缮提升等。本项目总投资328.45万元，建安费275.09万元，计划于2026年11上旬，工期两个月，本次采购为该工程监理。采购方式为择优选取

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
